Shipping and Handling Policy
The Chicago Green Office Company’s standard shipping cost is $7.75 for most orders less than $49. For most orders over $49 we offer free shipping. However, certain items (e.g. furniture) may have additional shipping costs, which must be approved by the customer prior to shipment.
The Chicago Green Office Company offers 1-2 day shipping on nearly all of our orders. While we cannot guarantee the arrival date of your shipment, orders received before 3:00 p.m. (your local time) generally ship same business day and usually arrive the next business day. For orders received after 3:00 p.m., items generally ship the next business day. Because we utilize a system of more than 35 warehouses, your order should arrive within 1-2 days of the shipping date. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed before 3:00 p.m. local time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 3:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed.
Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time and/or require longer delivery times. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
The Chicago Green Office Company currently services customers within the US and therefore does not ship or bill to international addresses. We deliver to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
The Chicago Green Office Company tries emphatically to ship all our products with environmentally conscious freight providers to ensure our own carbon footprint is continually diminishing.
